1. Services Provided
BarkYard Station provides dog daycare, boarding, grooming, and enrichment services. We reserve the right to refuse service to any pet that does not meet our health, vaccine, or behavioral requirements.
2. Health & Vaccination Requirements
For the safety of all guests, all dogs must be up-to-date on vaccinations (Rabies, Distemper/Parvo, and Bordetella) before entering the facility. Owners must provide proof of vaccination. We reserve the right to deny entry to any dog showing signs of communicable illness.
3. Behavior & Safety
All dogs must undergo a behavioral evaluation before participating in group daycare.
Owners are responsible for any damage or injury caused by their dog.
BarkYard Station is not liable for minor injuries (scratches, nicks) that may occur during normal play.
4. Booking & Cancellations
Reservations: Advanced booking is required for boarding and daycare.
Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.
5. Payments & Fees
All fees for services must be paid in full at the time of pick-up. Prices are subject to change, but notice will be provided on our website or at the facility.
6. Emergencies
In the event of a medical emergency, BarkYard Station will attempt to contact the owner first. If the owner cannot be reached, we are authorized to seek veterinary care at the owner’s expense.
7. Media Release
By using our services, you grant BarkYard Station permission to take photos or videos of your pet for use on our website, social media, and marketing materials unless otherwise requested in writing.
8. Limitation of Liability
BarkYard Station and its employees will exercise reasonable care for the safety of your pet. However, BarkYard Station is not liable for illness, injury, or death of any pet unless caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and are effective immediately.
